The long-discussed amendment to the Labour Code is finally here! Let's take a moment to review what changes will come into effect on October 1, 2023. 

Here are some of the key issues which the amendment addresses:

1) Agreements on work performed outside of employment (numerous important changes)

2) Delivery of Documents and Electronic Legal Acts (finally a change!)

3) Remote Work (expense reimbursements etc.)

4) Employee Communication (content changes, shortened deadlines)

5) Work Breaks (clarification of regulations)

And much more! While the changes introduced by the amendment may not be beneficial only for employers and transitioning to the new rules will require some effort, in many respects it is a step in the right direction. Are you ready for it?
